Dinner on Tuesday evening will feature a Western Barbecue theme and it will be hosted in CU Boulder's University Memorial Center Room 235 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. The menu will include a green salad, barbecue beef & chicken sandwiches, baked beans, potato salad, steamed carrots, cornbread, and for desert, peach cobbler topped with whipped cream. Additionally, there will be vegetable & tofu kebabs for our vegetarian guests.
